Upper Arley Honey began with a simple curiosity shared by two people.

My husband, Steve, and I have been together since we were sixteen. Having grown up in the beautiful village of Upper Arley, we've always loved spending time outdoors, and one day that curiosity led us to beekeeping. What started as a hobby quickly became something we both enjoyed, and before long we were caring for our own colonies and discovering just how incredible honey bees really are.

As the years passed, that shared hobby slowly grew into something much bigger.

Today, while Steve still enjoys beekeeping alongside me, Upper Arley Honey has become my passion and my vision. I'm the beekeeper behind the apiary, caring for our colonies, harvesting our honey, and working towards creating meaningful educational experiences that connect people with nature through bees.

Every jar of honey is harvested, extracted and bottled with care here in Upper Arley. Responsible beekeeping, high standards of bee welfare and a love of our local countryside are at the heart of everything I do.

My dream is for Upper Arley Honey to become more than just a honey producer. I want it to be a place where children, families and visitors can discover the fascinating world inside a beehive, understand why pollinators are so important, and leave with a greater appreciation for the natural world around them.
